This week’s trailer is a fully customized Flatdeck with Hydraulic Dove (FY). This FY comes equipped with a 10-foot, power-operated hydraulic dovetail on a 102-inch wide deck and is perfect for loading heavy vehicles and equipment like skid steers and tractors. This trailer is built on a robust 12-inch, 19-pound I-beam frame with 3-inch channel crossmembers on 16-inch centers. This FY comes equipped with an HD 25,000-pound gooseneck coupler with a sealed, 7-way, all-weather wiring harness. The FY also features a standard spare tire on top of the coupler for safe and easy access. The FY also features, the PJ exclusive, Monster Jacks. These jacks make hitching fast and simple with the easy-to-operate, push-button controls. This trailer is also upgraded with two, side-mounted toolboxes. The hydraulic systems for the Monster Jacks and hydraulic dovetail are installed in separate boxes for additional protection from the elements. The FY is upgraded with PJ exclusive Blackwood Pro decking. This makes the deck slip-resistant in wet or icy conditions and prevents unsafe cargo-shift during transit. It also provides superior traction when loading and unloading heavy equipment and vehicles. This custom trailer is also equipped with 4-inch ratchets on a slide track. This provides many tie-down options when securing heavy cargo and equipment. This trailer is also equipped with a 17,500-pound winch to help load ultra-heavy equipment or disabled vehicles. A winch-roller is also installed at the rear to help protect the deck from cable-friction and to ease winching performance. The 10-foot hydraulic dovetail at the rear of the deck is remotely controlled by a push-button system that makes loading your heavy vehicles, skid steers, and tractors a breeze. This hydraulic dovetail also has a 10,000-pound lift capacity and a 4,000-pound hauling capacity from the center point forward. This gives you extra usable storage space. The FY sits on two, 12K, Dexter Axles with electric-over, hydraulic disc brakes and gives you a 25,000-pound GVWR.
