This week's walkaround features the 20' 6" Channel Super-Wide (B6). This trailer is built on a solid 6” channel frame with 3” channel cross-members on 16” centers for enhanced strength and durability. The wide, 102” deck makes it ideal for a variety of vehicles and equipment. The heavy-duty, drive-over fenders offer the ability to easily load over-sized vehicles and utilize the full width of the deck. The B6 also features an adjustable 2 5/16” Ball Bulldog coupler. The B6 is equipped with a sealed Bargman wiring harness and 7-way RV plug. This trailer also features a heavy-duty 12k jack that utilizes a spring-loaded drop leg for easy retracting. This trailer has the Blackwood Pro, Full Deck option. This rubber-infused wood helps with grip and prevents load shift in transit. We also added a toolbox that provides excellent protection from the elements and plenty of storage space for tools and straps. In addition to the standard D-Ring points, we offer additional customizable options like an extra pair of Flushmount D-Rings for added tie-down points. This trailer guarantees a smoother ride and greater protection for your load by sitting on two 7,000 lb. Dexter torsion axles with electric brakes. This gives us a GVWR of 14,000 lbs. This trailer also features two rear-support jacks to assist with safe loading. We're back for another walkaround, this time with a customized F8 I-Beam deckover trailer. We build the F8 out on a sturdy 8" I-Beam frame, making it the ideal base for a truly custom PJ flatdeck. This particular F8 is built out with removable pipetop side rails. This option gives you the versatility of a flat deck, with the ease of use that comes with side rails if you want to drop them in. At the very rear of the trailer, we have a 3' dovetail and a split heavy-duty gate. The dovetail really helps optimize the loading angle for lower equipment, and the split gate provides a tough option that's still manageable by a single person. This week’s trailer is the 24’ Pro-Beam, Super Wide Equipment Hauler (H7). The H7 is equipped with a 3” pintle coupler with an adjustable channel mount and heavy duty components. This pintle system is ideal for industrial and agricultural applications because it adjusts for uneven terrain that could cause other coupler systems to fail. Note that the H7 can be customized with a bumper pull or gooseneck configuration. The full 102” deck width and drive-over, diamond plate fenders make this a popular choice for oversized agricultural equipment. This trailer is built on a durable 10” X 19 lb. I-Beam mainframe and tongue. The tongue also carries a tool tray for quick access in the field. This H7 also features an upgraded, extreme weather wiring harness with a corrosion resistant 7-way plug. We have also provided extra storage under the spare tire for chains and straps. The H7 also features two 10K Dexter torsion axles with electric brakes. The innovative design of these torsion axles require less maintenance than a spring axle. They also help to reduce road shock which provides a safer and smoother ride. At the back of the H7, we have a 2-foot dovetail with spring assisted HD fold-up ramps. These ramps are 66” long by 31” wide. These wide ramps offer the ability to load equipment of varying widths. We’ve also installed a spare tire and toolbox near the coupler for convenience and ease-of-access.
